Require more than one copy?  If you would like to purchase more than one copy of a specific title, please contact me using the contact form by clicking on the contact button on the top of this page. I will try my very best to accommodate your request. Please note, supplies of some books are limited and may not be available in multiple quantities. Shipping charges are more favourable for quantities of between 5 and 10+ copies, so don't use the quantity option when checking out! If you do, I will endevour to refund any overspend you have made once the items have shipped.

What happens after I place my order?  I will send you a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours when payment is received. I will ship your order to you within five to ten Working Days and send a confirmation e-mail. I will provide a Tracking Number* if applicable to your order. This number can help you track your package and confirm it was delivered. Some countries do not provide full tracking services unfortunately. *Postal tracking is only available on applicable books/items in the store. Most items are shipped via Standard Postal Rates. Please check before ordering.

Packaging: Depending on the order, I use a cardboard book-wrap (or similar) to ensure your order is best protected. I sometimes use a combination of cardboard and bubblewrap, and all books are protected in a clear sealed packet inside, just in case there is any wet weather about! I also use a bubble-mailer and/or a poly-mailer bag for extra external protection on some items. A dedicated label with clear shipping instructions is attached to every package along with a return address and information on the contents (as well as any official customs declarations). Sometimes the postal service can take its toll on even the best protected package, and this is out of my hands unfortunately. If you receive a Tracking Number*, go to www.anpost.ie and enter the number in the tracking area. Smaller items/books are always sent using standard mail to reduce postage costs to you.

I cannot be held responsible for any package in the postal system after this point - if an item is lost in the mail I will be happy to enquire with An Post on your behalf. Please note: Allow up to 28 working days before contacting Zafinn Books about lost post. Please make sure you enquire with your local shipping/postal company before hand, forwarding the response and details to me.

Important: I can't be held responsible for missing post, so please take this into consideration when ordering. If you do not like these terms, please do not place an order from me.

Payment:  I use PayPal to ensure secure online Credit Card payments. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by Credit Card using this service. Alternatively, if you have a PayPal account, you can also use that.

Zafinn Books have to pay a small fee to process Credit Cards and PayPal payments. Payments are usually transferred to Zafinn Books within 1-2 working days from PayPal, depending on the time of day. If this takes longer, it may impact your shipping time, but I will keep you informed if necessary. 

Our Books:  Zafinn Books is a small (tiny!) single person operation, it is a past-time/hobby for me. Design and printing for the “first run” of each title, and subsequent books are printed or re-printed with sales from each previous title whenever possible. Virtually all profit goes to fund my next book project. Book runs are usually limited depending on overall sales or demand for a subsequent print-run. I will always endeavour to price my books as low as I can, but due to the niche market for some of my titles, this isn’t always going to be possible (smaller print runs). Please be assured you have purchased a unique book professionally printed that is currently only available direct from the designer/author (me!). While every effort has been made to track down and correct any errors in my publications, there is always the possibility I didn’t catch them all. I also endeavour to correct errors and continually improve my books. Any major revision(s) to a book title would be promoted as “revised” or “updated” and sold under a new ISBN.

Other items:  I occasionally sell other items in the store which you might like to order.  Unless stated, all other books/items are shipped via standard post. Again, I can't be held responsible for missing post, so please take this into consideration when ordering non registered items.

Taxes:  Books are Zero Tax rated in Ireland and the UK and many other countries around the world. You might be liable for Import Duties on your package in some other countries. Zafinn Books will ensure the shipping label on your package contains the words “Printed Matter” in the description. It is up to you to pay any import duties your country or state imposes.
